I run culture, innovation, and workplace strategy workshops for both senior teams and mid-management teams. As an anthropologist I bring a distinct perspective to all my sessions. All work done in the workshops is directly relevant to the challenges that teams are facing. There are no simulations or role-playing. Some are full-day or half-day sessions, while others are multi-session programs spread out over weeks or months.

I work directly with senior leaders and leadership teams on their culture challenges. Despite the fact that only 30% of employees are engaged in their work, and that 70% of change programs fail, leaders often have few clear alternatives to help them tackle their biggest people-problems.
I provide scientific, anthropological counsel to help leaders shift their core assumptions about what culture is, how to build it, and how to unleash the full potential of their employees. Currently, in this era of Gen-AI, I help leaders lean into the evolutionary significance of innovation in human history and how digital transformation has fast become a hygiene factor.
